| TERMS OF SERVICE |
| ▪ Once the commission has started, no refunds will be accepted. |
| ▪ Payments will be made via PayPal/Gcash. |
| ▪ I assure my clients to update them on the art progress. |
| ▪ I shall notify my clients right away in case of an emergency that occurs from a failed commission or because of my failure to deliver the art within the deadline. |
| ▪ The image will be sent through Gmail for higher quality. |
| GENERAL GUIDELINES |
| ▪ Each commission will be published on my social networks as a proof that it is specified correctly and was made by me. |
| ▪ The customer agrees not to claim the commissioned art as their own, trace, sell, or feed it to AI Art, or post it anywhere without giving correct acknowledgment (you may credit me only once). |
| ▪ It is recommended for clients to supply references (such as posture, attire, color palettes, etc.). There will be additional expenses if I decide to design your character. |
| ▪ Do not SELL the commissioned art unless you had the permission to do so. |
| ▪ STRICTLY NO REVISIONS ONCE THE COLORING/RENDERING PROCESS IS STARTED. |
| ▪ If I don't reply instantly, i may be asleep, at school, or busy with personal stuff. |
